Couples Therapy

$250/session

For those in a relationship seeking to enhance their connection with each other, improve communication, intimacy, and/or navigate life changes and transitions together.

  • Feelings of resentment

  • Conflict (arguing about the same things that don’t change over time)

  • Differences in styles of communicating or dealing with change

Group Therapy

$100/session per person

Research shows that when people with shared experiences and goals come together in groups that are professionally-led, outcomes are often achieved more efficiently compared to individual therapy. Group therapy is also more affordable and therefore may be more accessible.

    Seeking relief, support, community, and self-care while on mat leave? This group is for Moms who want to learn strategies and information to help navigate the transition to motherhood, while reducing feelings of isolation. Invest in yourself while connecting with other women who have similar questions and experiences.

    When: Group runs 90 mins each week, for 6 weeks. Date and time TBD, based on RSVP interest.
